Topic #1 : Batches Timeout during page processing
Applicable Ephesoft versions:
By default if Recostar, Imagemagick, Ghostscript and Tesseract take more than 30 minutes to process a BI it will timeout.
Instructions:
This can be corrected by making changes to the application.properties file.
1. Open the application.properties files and scroll to the bottom
2. There are setting for timeout limits for Recostar, Imagemagik, Tesseract, and Ghost script.
