Analysis:

Possible corruption to service files

Solution:

Solution 1:

1. C:\Ephesoft\JavaAppServer\uninstall-services.bat, choose Run As Administrator
2. C:\Ephesoft\JavaAppServer\install-ephesoft-services.bat, choose Run As Administrator

If solution 1 does not work, try solution 2:

1. Open CMD as Administrator
2. In CMD run SC DELETE EphesoftEnterprise
3. Delete EphesoftEnterprise.exe and tomcat*.exe files from \Ephesoft\JavaAppServer\bin
4. Copy .EphesoftEnterprise.exe and tomcat*.exe files from \Ephesoft\JavaAppServer\bin64 to \Ephesoft\JavaAppServer\bin
5. In CMD navigate to and run \Ephesoft\JavaAppServer\install-ephesoft-services.bat
6. Attempt to start service
