Applicable Ephesoft versions:
All Ephesoft versions using a MSSQL DB.
Instructions:
SQL Indexes were applied in order to solve the database deadlock problems.
1. User can verify if indexes have been applied on the application by checking the post-schema.sql file located at “Ephesoft\Application\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF\dcma-data-access\post-schema.sql ” file. User can find index word inside the file.
2. User can also go to SQL Server management studio and check if indexes are present or not by checking indexes under each of JBPM tables
3. Indexes are applied on following tables/fields:
